The 3rd bedroom features a Bunk Bed which sleeps 2 children/adults with a shared bathroom.

    The house/duplex we rented was in a very nice location. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the carpets cleanliness. The unit is for sale, so probably experiencing extra traffic. When we went to use the ice maker. It did not work. We found it full of freezer burned ice. Dumped it out and started with fresh ice. When we went to take a shower, no hot water... I was able to plug the hot water tank into another plug to get it working, the plug it was originally plugged into did not work. While looking for the tankless hot water heater, found a dead mouse and droppings in the furnace room. Definitely disappointed. When I called to speak with the management about this, I was told that they would discuss and get back to me, they did not. After several more calls, they finally refunded 10% of the rental fee, less than $86. The cleaning fee was over $300 and that is what should have been refunded. The area is absolutely beautiful and we will vacation here again but will use a different company.
